Trinity Cafe (2801 N. Nebraska Avenue) presented a letter to City Council and the Tampa Police Department committing to specific operational practices and methods to mitigate the potential impact on the surrounding V.M. Ybor Community.  Please review this document.  If you have any questions or concerns and feel free to contact:

Trinity Cafe was also granted a parking variance that placed several occupancy restrictions on the Cafe in 2011.  They are as follows:
  • Food Service shall occur from 11:30am-1:30pm only
  • Maximum Occupant Load is:
    • 123 occupants in the building interior  (with 10 Tables and 80 seats max.)
    • 84 occupants on the site (parking area, on-site covered "queuing area")
  • The covered outside area (under canopy) shall not have seating or serving of food/drink
  • Maximum number of meals served per day is 250
  • The entrance drive from 17th Avenue (also referred to as Park Street) shall remain left-in only and is restricted to solid waste vehicles  (i.e. there should be no increase in traffic passing through the neighborhood on residential streets)
