Neighborhood Boundaries - VM Ybor boundaries are 26th Avenue to the north,I-4 to the south, 15th street to the east and I-275 to the west. However, membership from adjacent areas is welcomed and participation in events is encouraged!
Historic Ybor Boundaries (Barrio Latino District) - the southern end of VM Ybor is located within this Local Historic District. Design Guidelines and additional helpful information for properties in this area can be found here.
 The East Tampa Community Redevelopment Area offers facade grants of up to $50,000 for the refurbishment of retail and commercial properties. More information can be found here. In addition, if your property is located in the Ybor City National Historic Landmark District, you may be eligible for a low interest loan or grant to rehab your historic property.
