Our neighborhood is located between Ybor Heights and Ybor City - a great location in close proximity to all the conveniences of downtown Tampa!   This rich, vibrant and eclectic community has held an important place in Ybor history since its inception - many of our neighborhoods 800+ homes are historic in nature and our businesses have been serving the community for decades.
